Venture Verify™ Service Scope:

Venture Verify™ will perform market audits on physical and or online locations. This audit will give you a sense of your main competition and how much search is available for each location based on primary keywords. This step allows us to build a percentage of acquisition model for each location and identify what is possible from a search and growth perspective in each of your locations.

We will audit your business locations online off-site and onsite to give feedback on major adjustments if any are needed and possible market tweaks for short-term and long-term success.

The Venture Verify™ process is a research-only exercise to let you know key data points if the market potential would be responsive. Once this is identified, other services may be addressed to supplement a successful marketing strategy.

*Our interest is to deliver a minimum output of 5x on spend to revenue to justify our presence, but our goal and we often achieve 10x plus ROI.

Outputs and Requirements 

1. We will include reporting for each location to show potential search and site audits to give a quality score for online presence
2. We will also include secondary feedback with possible recommendations outside the current business scope based on other industry best-performer outcomes
3. Timelines for initial feedback and further plans will be clearly defined on a case by case basis.
